Students of Pallavi Aware International School discuss labour movement

Students of Pallavi Aware International School have organised an intra-school event to mark Labour Day on May 1. Students created and broadcasted an animated video about International Workers’ Day. The video talked about how the international labour movement has laid the foundation for the rights of the working class society and how it has led to the celebration of International Workers’ Day every year.
The students then went on to broach upon the circumstances of the international labour movement in detail and pointed out the changes this movement had brought about. This was followed by the presenting of a PowerPoint presentation by the students talking about how International Workers’ Day is celebrated in different countries of the world.
