Students of Pallavi International don the role of human rights activists
Students gave intriguing insights on rights in the Indian Constitution, International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights and National Human Rights Commission.

Pallavi International School, Gandipet celebrated International Human Rights Day through a special assembly organised virtually. Students from of grades VI to IX joined the event. The event was hosted by Rishika and Sai Tejas of Grade VII.
Students spoke on the scope of human rights and the need for it in the strife-torn world. The highlights of the event were role-play of famous activists like Kailash Satyarthi played by Raheel, Lakshmi Agarwal played by Manogna, Bezwada Wilson played by Suleiman and Sunitha Krishnan played by Akshara.
Students gave intriguing insights on rights in the Indian Constitution, International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights and National Human Rights Commission.
Another interesting event of the day was the international news report on world crisis and human violation by Soha Sheikh of Grade IX and a song by Aditya Kumar Sahoo on how we shall overcome some day.
The assembly ended with a quiz, National Anthem and address by the Principal Meetali Archit who wished the participants and motivated them to perform their civic duties with conviction before using their rights.
