According to the cause list, a bench of Justices M. M. Sundresh and Aravind Kumar is expected to address the case. On August 13, the Supreme Court extended the interim bail granted to Boinpally. Previously, on March 20, the court noted that the businessman had been in custody for 18 months and ordered his release on interim bail for five weeks.

BRS leader, MLC K Kavitha had previously undergone medical examinations at AIIMS in Delhi for these concerns.
