Campaigning for the December 15 municipal and panchayat elections in Arunachal Pradesh concluded on Saturday. Polling will be held for the Itanagar Municipal Corporation (IMC), Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC), and several zilla parishad and gram panchayat constituencies.
