The Cabinet sub-committee constituted on Rythu Bharosa would be submitting its report and recommending modalities. The same would be discussed in the next assembly session and opinion would be sought on how to go about it, Revanth Reddy said at a press conference here on Sunday.

He complained that Revanth Reddy was plotting to send Chandrashekhar Rao and Rama Rao to jail to damage the BRS. The BRS cadres should draw inspiration from Deeksha Diwas and work with renewed zeal to strengthen the party, he said.

He claimed that the State government's statements to the Centre about the project did not align with its actions on the ground. He commended BRS chief K. Chandrashekhar Rao for introducing and enforcing a law superior to the Land Acquisition Act, 2013. Taking to X, Rama Rao blamed Revanth Reddy for the unrest in Lagacherla and Dilawarpur by mishandling issues involving farmers.

Stating that the unconstitutional rule of the Congress in Telangana was trampling on the rights of citizens and causing numerous hardships to the people of the State, Rama Rao criticised the Congress government for violating constitutional values and betraying public trust.
