Almighty Motion Picture has acquired rights to a biopic on Sabu Dastagir, India’s first Hollywood actor. Based on Debleena Majumdar’s biography, the film will portray his journey from Mysore’s elephant stables to global stardom, wartime heroism, and cinematic legacy.
Yuvraj recently featured on the 'Club Prairie Fire' podcast, where he discussed how his then-girlfriend visited him during India's tour of Australia. He shared, “I was dating an actress, though I won’t name her. She’s quite talented and experienced. While she was shooting in Adelaide, I told her, ‘Let’s not meet for a while because I’m on an Australian tour and need to focus.’ But she followed me to Canberra on the bus.”
With a duration of 103 minutes, the film is based on a 2019 BBC television interview by presenter and journalist Emily Maitils and the production team at BBC.
