District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar discussed about arrangements to be made for smooth procurement of crop with committee members and ginning mill owners.
District Collector Prashant Jeevan Patil said farmers will start bringing cotton produce to the markets in October as cotton plucking had already started in some areas.
