Sharing the videos of farmers expressing their ire after standing in long queues for seeds on X, Rama Rao stated that while there was none to procure paddy till recently, today there is no one to distribute seeds to farmers under the Congress regime.

The appointment letters that the Congress government handed out so far were for only vacancies that the previous government notified and completed the recruitment process.

Standing in the queue was not all. As the farmers managed to reach the counter at the Agros Rythu Seva Kendra, the staff told them that stocks were over.

Harish Rao slammed the Congress government for taking credit for the appointment of 7,000 nursing officers, initiated during the previous BRS government, but failing to ensure timely payment of their salaries.

He demanded the government to immediately address the issue and ensure all medical services are provided to people through these centres.

"If BJP is so strong, the Prime Minister would not need to stroke communal sentiments," he said, in response to the BJP's claims of '400 paar'.

Paddy growers, who have been finding it tough to get a remunerative price for their produce, have pinned hopes on the promise.

It has been months since the beneficiaries were allotted ownership certificates, but they are yet to be allowed to occupy their flats. Worried over the delay in permitting occupation of their flats, many beneficiaries on Sunday resolved to form an umbrella organization, the 2BHK Welfare Association.
