The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) has revised the due dates for SSC Public Examination 2026 fees. Students can pay the exam fee without penalty until November 20, while late fees of Rs 50 and Rs 200 extend the deadlines to November 29 and December 11 respectively.
While the existing system, allocating 80 marks for the external and 20 marks for the internal exams, is unchanged for this academic year only, the State government decided to shift to marks from grades system, which has been a practice for a decade
Students can pay the fee at the respective schools without a late fee till November 18. With a late fee of Rs.50 and 200, the fee will be accepted till December 2 and 12 respectively
This was announced as the DGE received certain representations seeking to declare holiday to camps on the occasion of two festivals i.e., Ugadi on April 9 and Ramzan on April 11.
