Jayalakshmi (52), who was working as the Income Tax Inspector in the I-T Department located in the complex, had come to the office on a closed holiday and ended her life.
The incident occurred around 4.30 pm, causing mild tension in the vicinity. The local residents immediately cleared the debris. The Charminar police stated that so far they have not received any information about the incident.
