The deceased, Manohar was said to have laid down on a railway track used for transporting coal to the power station at Banjara Colony near Karakavagu in Paloncha mandal and his body was cut into pieces as a goods train passed over him
According to Government Railway Police (GRP) officials, the body of the man with his head crushed was found on the railway tracks near the Nekkonda railway station
The victim was identified as D.V.Venkata Narasaiah (68), a resident of Bodupppal, died after he accidentally slipped and fell into an elevator pit at Addagutta in Tukaramgate on Tuesday afternoon.
The victim was identified as T Avinash, a private employee from Uppuguda. He was proceeding towards Shivaji Bridge on his scooter, when the mishap occurred.
