Shadnagar police arrested excise constable Ghulam Sultan Ahmed and his nephew Amjed for allegedly peddling seized marijuana. Sultan Ahmed reportedly stole the contraband from the Tandur excise station, and gave it to Amjed to sell for profit. Both are now in custody.
