Bollywood, which was widely popular for its pomp and show, especially during the 90s was stumped by the arrival of this quiet and diminutive composer, who worked out of a small and unpretentious studio in Chennai.
"As humans, after a while, even the best thing becomes boring. In any event of life, that boredom is a human quality. The only way to fight it is reinvention, to do something," Rahman told IANS in an interview.
