An undertrial prisoner, Varala Mallesh (35), who allegedly consumed bleaching powder at Jangaon sub-jail, died while undergoing treatment at MGM Hospital, Warangal. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident.
Vamsi said only those prisoners should be named for training who have at least three months left for release so that they can be acquainted with the entire syllabus.
