Two fruit vendors were killed after a speeding truck hit them at Narayanapuram village in Sathupally mandal on Thursday. The victims were travelling towards Sathupally after purchasing guavas when the truck struck them near the Anjaneya Swamy temple.
A truck lost control near Begumpet bus stop, colliding with a Mahindra Thar and overturning. Police conducted rescue operations, shifting the injured to a nearby hospital. The mishap caused heavy traffic, with further details awaited.

Mancherial sub-inspector Maruthi said the deceased were identified as Rudra Swaraj (30) and his wife Krishnaveni (25), residents of Gadderagadi area in Kyathanpalli village of Mandamarri mandal.
