Warangal: CPI state secretariat member Takkallapally Srinivas Rao said that his party was welcoming Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s announcement on filling of a total of 91,142 government jobs in various departments soon besides relaxing the upper age limit of the aspirants.

Rao also added that they were hailing the government decision to regularise the jobs of 11,013 contract employees who went to the courts.

He, however, asked the Chief Minister to make a statement on the fate of many contract employees and outsourcing employees who had not gone to courts in various departments.

“The Chief Minister has also not mentioned about the unemployment allowance of Rs 3,016 per month to the unemployed youth though the TRS had promised the dole during the election campaign in 2018,” he said and sought a statement in favour of these issues as well. He also suggested the state government seek the co-operation of all parties to increase pressure on the Centre over the split of the organistation and corporations mentioned in Schedule 9th and 10th schedule of the State Reorganization Act, 2014.
