So, it was not surprising when a groom fell asleep on his wedding day and kept sleeping soundly no matter how much the wedding guests tried to wake him up.
A video going viral online shows a groom sitting on the wedding stage asleep, with his bride on his side, as guests take turns to wish the couple and try in vain to wake him. He appears to be sleeping so soundly that it made many wonder whether his slumber was an alcohol-induced one.
Users wasted no time in sharing the video and some pointing out that the bride didn’t seem to be overtly bothered about her sleepy husband and his too long tie. Some got cheeky saying the groom would miss his wedding night this way.
