Hyderabad artists lead strong participation at India Art Festival 2026
India Art Festival will return to Hyderabad from April 3 to 5, showcasing over 3,000 artworks. The event will bring together artists, galleries and collectors, highlighting the city’s vibrant art scene alongside participants from across the country.

Hyderabad: India Art Festival (IAF), a noted contemporary art fair hosted annually across Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, will return to the city from April 3 to 5 at Jubilee Hills Convention Centre, Road No. 51, Jubilee Hills.
The event marks the third edition in Hyderabad and the 38th edition nationwide, bringing together artists, galleries, collectors and art enthusiasts under one roof.
Visitors to the festival will see over 3,000 artworks, including paintings, sculptures, drawings and mixed media works spanning styles from figurative and folk-inspired imagery to abstraction and experimental contemporary practices.
Being billed as one of the city’s largest art gatherings, the IAF will offer collectors and art lovers an opportunity to experience the dynamic creative landscape of Hyderabad, alongside participating galleries and artists from across India.
Hyderabad’s vibrant art community will be strongly represented at the art festival, with several prominent city-based artists presenting diverse visual narratives ranging from figurative and symbolic imagery to sculpture, realism and spiritual themes.
Among the notable participants, U Vijay Kumar presents striking contemporary figurative compositions, while Kappari Krishan explores mythological and spiritual iconography through stylised forms.
Sculptors S Kantha Reddy and DVS Krishna will showcase striking fibreglass sculptures of human heads finished in luminous colours, reflecting themes of contemplation and human identity, a press release said.
