Petitioner counsel E Venkata Siddartha, told court that the petitioner was dealing with a civil case against the complainant since 2019 and that the police are acting hand in glove with the complainant Marripalli Srinivas to pressurise the petitioner and his client to settle ongoing civil dispute.
