Hyderabad: Natural Star Nani gave the required push for Sai Dharam Tej’s ‘Republic’ which is hitting theatres on Friday. After watching the political thriller, the actor congratulated actor Dharam Tej and the director Deva Katta for the movie.

Nani wrote in his tweet, “For all the kindness @IamSaiDharamTej has shown towards everyone around him it has come back in the form of your prayers and it’s coming back stronger in the form of #REPUBLIC. This is @devakatta’s announcement that he is back. Congratulations to the team(sic).”

‘Republic’ garnered good attention ever since Power Star Pawan Kalyan spoke during the pre-release function in which he said that the movie deals with issues like fundamental rights concerning citizens. Director Deva Katta, too, mentioned in his recent interview that the story doesn’t mimic the political events or parties but gives a vivid picture of how political pressures are exerted on bureaucracy and dictates its functionality.

Starring senior stars like Ramya Krishna and Jagapathi Babu in key roles, the movie has Aishwarya Rajesh playing the love interest of Sai Dharam.
