The Home Minister said, "The Congress party leaders are so desperate that they have made a fake video of my speech and tried to spread it on social media. Congress Chief Ministers and other top leaders were found forwarding this doctored video."

“Let me assure you. There is no one here who is afraid. In fact, there are people here who will give a befitting reply,” Revanth Reddy said.

Kishan Reddy alleged that the Congress for electoral gain was trying to create confusion and fear among the weaker sections.

A Delhi Police team has reached Telangana to serve the notice to individuals who tweeted this fake video.

According to the FIR, a copy of which is in possession of IANS, the MHA, in its complaint, stated that it has been found that some doctored videos are being circulated by users of Facebook and Twitter. 

Coming down heavily on Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Kishan Reddy said the Chief Minister had no moral right to seek votes as he failed to implement all the guarantees promised by his party.

Addressing an election rally in Madhya Pradesh's Guna, Amit Shah accused the Congress of playing appeasement politics by encouraging the reform of personal laws.
