The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has released Rs 107.9 crore to Telangana under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme for strengthening and upgrading government medical colleges. A total of 511 new or upgraded PG seats have been approved across nine institutions, including Osmania, Gandhi, and Kakatiya Medical Colleges.
