State capital has recorded 16% less rainfall so far while the rest of State gets 56% excess compared to last year

"Hyderabad's temperature will be normal, and the city will receive light to moderate rains," said IMD Director Dr K Nagaratna

Hyderabad received 18.4 mm of rainfall on Monday, with the temperature being recorded at 37.2 degrees Celsius.

IMD says Temperature could stay below 40 degree Celsius, with partly cloudy skies for the next one week

Temperatures in April and May could touch 45 degree Celsius or above in Hyderabad and other parts of the State

According to the forecast, the temperatures are likely to be above normal by 2 degree Celsius to 3 degree Celsius at isolated places in Telangana between March 31 and April 2
