Dubbak MLA Kotha Prabhakar Reddy has announced that the BRS will intensify its protest against the Congress government’s decision to order a CBI probe into the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project. He accused the Congress of misinformation and defended the KLIP’s structural integrity, claiming that only two pillars of the Medigadda barrage were damaged.

Speaking on the occasion, Dubbak MLA Kotha Prabhakar Reddy underlined the importance of avoiding the use of plastic in day-to-day life and also during the functions.
The MLA asked the officials to prepare proposals for the Mettu-Alwal road, Ande-Timmapur, Surampally-Nacharam, Mondichintha-Begumpet, Dubbak-Habsipur four-laning works, Silaji Nagar-Gosanpally and other road works.
Speaking to news reporters on Wednesday after visiting rural areas where digging of canals was on, the Dubbak MLA said the district administration had planned a meeting on January 6 with irrigation, revenue, and other department officials to review the progress of the canal works.
