Furniture in a camp office belonging to Additional Collector was gutted when fire broke out due to supposedly electric short-circuit in Asifabad. The loss of property damage is assessed to be about Rs 3 lakh.
There were no casualties since the furniture unit was closed at the time of the incident. Officials suspect that the fire was caused by a short circuit.
