Telangana Government Advisor Mohammed Ali Shabbir has criticised AIMIM’s electoral strategy in Bihar, alleging it divides Muslim votes and indirectly benefits the BJP. While campaigning for Congress in Kadwa, he questioned AIMIM’s reluctance to contest in Telangana against BJP strongholds.
Congress leaders Mohammed Ali Shabbir and Adi Srinivas are under scrutiny for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct by campaigning at a mosque in Erragadda, Jubilee Hills. During the outreach, Shabbir Ali reiterated the party’s commitment to increasing Muslim reservations from 4 to 10 percent.

Shabbir Ali was in- charge minister for Hyderabad city in the last Congress-led government in the undivided State and was involved in the Hyderabad Metro and ORR projects.
