The BRS cadre in Sangareddy celebrated MLA Chintha Prabhakar’s 66th birthday with grandeur and social service. Party workers gathered at the MLA camp office, cut a cake, and later distributed fruits to patients at the government hospital in Sadasivapet.
The BRS staged a protest in Sangareddy against the SIT notice served on former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, alleging political vendetta by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy. Party cadres held a rally wearing black badges and scarves, burning an effigy of Revanth Reddy, which led to a minor scuffle with police.
Sangareddy MLA and BRS district president Chintha Prabhakar accused the Congress Party of attempting to erase the imprint of former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao from Telangana. Speaking at the Deeksha Diwas programme, he highlighted Rao’s leadership in the Statehood movement and his decade-long governance.
