​The central team was constituted by the Government of India to assess the damage caused by floods in Telangana.

Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao thanked the members of the film fraternity for their gesture.

Arvind Kejriwal said the Delhi State would stand by the Telangana State in this hour of natural calamity.

He also thanked his counterpart from Tamil Nadu for announcing material assistance such as blankets and mats for the affected.

The chief minister of Tamil Nadu also declared Rs 10 crore assistance from Chief Minister’s relief fund.
