So far, a total of 35, 00, 394 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 2, 10, 346 have tested positive and 1, 83, 025 persons have recovered.
In his opening remarks, MA&UD, Minister said that there is a need to invest and strengthen medical infrastructure in the State, especially during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
A total of 2,067 persons have recovered by Wednesday, taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the State to 1,79,075 with a recovery rate of 86.65 percent.
Pointing out that all inter-State water disputes have to be resolved by the Centre as solutions for such issues cannot be arrived at State level, the TSPB chairman came down heavily on the State BJP leaders who were blaming the Telangana government for the pending river water issues with AP.
