Hyderabad Traffic Police announced diversions on August 16 from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. in the Abid Road area for the Lord Sri Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsava at ISKCON Temple. Alternative routes and parking at Exhibition Grounds, Nampally, are suggested for devotees.
Traffic diversions will be enforced in Hyderabad from July 20–22 for bonalu celebrations at Lal Darwaza, Amberpet, and Chilkalguda. Visitors are advised to follow designated routes and parking instructions
Hyderabad Traffic Police announced that traffic diversions near Malakpet’s Akbar Plaza will continue till 8 am Monday due to ongoing drainage work. Vehicles from MGBS, Chaderghat, and Koti are being rerouted, and commuters are advised to take alternate routes.
During this period, vehicular traffic movement is likely to be slow at Pillar No. 24 at Gachibowli which may cause significant disruptions for commuters and local residents.
In view of Sri Ujjani Mahankani bonalu celebrations in Secunderabad on July 21 and 22, certain traffic restrictions have been imposed in the vicinities.
The Hyderabad traffic police announced traffic restrictions at Balkampet in view of the Balkampet Yellamma Kalyanam at Yellamma Pochamma Devasthanam. The traffic restrictions will be in force from Monday to Wednesday.
Heavy vehicles such as lorry, dumper, earthmover, RMC trucks, water tanker, and others from Warangal Highway towards Chengicherla will be diverted towards Chengicherla X road-Cherlapalli-IOCL-NFC road.
To mitigate potential traffic congestions in and around IT corridor, the Cyberabad Traffic Police on experimental basis announced traffic diversions on certain routes effective Friday
