Abdul Khaleel (34) and Mohd Arshad (27), both residents of Falaknuma, were caught by the Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force (south west) team for possessing ganja on Tuesday.

The Suryapet Town Police arrested two persons and seized banned tobacco products worth Rs.11 lakh from them at the integrated vegetable market on Sunday.

Two traders were arrested for allegedly smuggling banned gutka products at Chelukagudem village in Dandepalli mandal on Tuesday.

Kazipet Police seized Gutka worth Rs 78,300, Rs 3000 cash and a car.
