The Chief Secretaries of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana reached an agreement on several matters during a two-hour meeting at the APIIC office in Mangalagiri in Andhra Pradesh on Monday. They resolved to distribute labour cess amounting to Rs 861 crore between the two States.

The injured students were immediately rushed to the government hospital in Medak for treatment, where one of them is reported to be in critical condition. A case has been registered regarding the incident.
