SS Rajamouli accused of ‘torture’ in suicide note – calls for lie detector test

Hyderabad: Star director S.S. Rajamouli has found himself in trouble after his old friend and former collaborator, U. Srinivasa Rao, reportedly committed suicide, leaving behind stunning claims.
Srinivasa Rao, a 34-year-old friend of Rajamouli and the executive producer of Yamadonga, allegedly sent a selfie video and a letter to the close friends of the filmmaker before he died. In them, he blamed Rajamouli for putting him through tremendous “torture,” which prompted him to take such a drastic step.
His death has now evoked a storm, with calls for a suo motu case to be lodged against director of Baahubali. Srinivasa Rao’s sensational allegations have added fuel to the fire, with demands being made that Rajamouli be put on a lie detector test to clear his name.
As the charges pick up steam, everyone is waiting with bated breath to see if the police will act on the sensational charges made by the late director. Rajamouli and his team have not made any statement so far.
