BRS has called for a protest across Telangana on Thursday to demand that the state government completely waive off Rs 2 lakh crop loans of all farmers without any restrictions.

As 15, 454 applications have been submitted to mandal agriculture officers across the district on Tuesday, on which the officials started receiving complaints pertaining to crop loan waiver as part of a ten-day prajavani programme.

State government would not impose fresh taxes to generate revenue for taking up development works and implementing the six guarantees promised by the Congress party.
