The Sri Satyanarayana Swamy temple at Gudem in Mancherial district witnessed a massive influx of devotees on the occasion of Karthika Pournami. Over 70,000 pilgrims from across the region participated in rituals, including the revered Satyanarayana Vratam.

Executive officer Sankatala Srinivas, in a press statement, said that devotees from not only the district, but neighboring Jagtial and Peddapalli district thronged the temple and performed special prayers.

The Ratotsavam would be celebrated on January 25, marking the conclusion of the ceremonies.

Despite efforts by shrine officials to address this issue, visitors remain wary while visiting the hill temple in Dandepalli mandal.
