The arrested individuals are Chennaboina Pavan (22), Chennaboina Sridhar (20), Banoth Suresh (19), and Guntuka Ajay Kumar (20). On November 18, Murali was involved in a road accident when he was struck by a two-wheeler. He was declared brain dead in Hyderabad on November 26, 2024. His wife, Koripella Swathi, gave consent for organ donation. Surgeons retrieved five organs—liver, two kidneys, and two corneas—which were then allocated to five patients in need through the State-run Jeevandan organ donation initiative.
