The NTA, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education, issued the notification for the test on Tuesday.

Giving a major relief to students, the Union Education Ministry has scrapped 75 per cent marks in the Intermediate or Class XII board exams as eligibility criteria for admissions into any of the 23 IITs this year too.

Over 7.7 lakh out of the over 13.66 lakh candidates have qualified the exam which is used for admission to MBBS courses across the country.
