BRS leaders KT Rama Rao and T Harish Rao launched a scathing attack on the Congress government over SIT notices issued to former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. KTR said KCR, who led the Telangana Statehood movement, remained invincible despite political attacks.
BRS activists staged widespread protests across Karimnagar and other Telangana districts against the SIT summons issued to party president K Chandrashekhar Rao in connection with the alleged phone-tapping case. Demonstrations included dharnas, rasta rokos, bike rallies, and burning of effigies of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
