The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has strongly criticised Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s claim of providing 24-hour power to farmers, alleging that only 10–12 hours of supply is being given. Former Minister Sunitha Laxma Reddy accused the Congress government of failing to deliver on promises including farm loan waivers, job creation, and unemployment allowance.

The protests, which began on Wednesday evening itself in some parts of the State, were being staged in all district headquarters and mandal headquarters as well with cadre and leaders shouting slogans against Revanth Reddy on Thursday.
