BRS president K Chandrashekhar Rao will chair the party’s legislative meeting at his Erravelli residence on Sunday, ahead of the Telangana Assembly session beginning Monday. MLAs and MLCs have been invited, with KCR expected to outline the party’s strategy.

The Telangana Assembly session will commence on September 7, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy informed MLAs on Monday. He asked legislators to expedite pending land acquisition for irrigation projects and assured funds for land acquisition, rehabilitation and forest clearances.
