The clarification was issued in partial modification of instructions issued earlier amid confusion prevailing over registration of such properties in the wake of the LRS being implemented by the State government recently.
The authorities has been directed to initiate immediate action and close the shops which are selling fireworks throughout the State and submit a compliance report by November 16.
There has been tremendous response to the scheme and so far more than 19.33 lakh applications have been received including over 2.58 lakh applications which were received by 9.00 PM on Thursday.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, who held a high-level meeting at Pragathi Bhavan here, instructed the officials concerned to facilitate paddy procurement through more than 6,000 procurement centres across the State.
