Police organise medical camp for tribals in Adilabad

Adilabad: Around 800 tribals utilised a medical camp organised by the police department at remote Jhari hamlet under Savri gram panchayat in Gadiguda mandal on Tuesday. Superintendent of Police Gaush Alam was the chief guest of the event.
Aboriginal tribals belonging to 25 habitations such as Sangvi, Pippri, Sarvi, Mediguda, Punikasa, Polama, Kundi, Jhari and Lokari visited the camp and availed the medical services relating to pediatrics, cardiology, ophthalmology, gynecology, general medicine and other services. They thanked the police for conducting the camp at the hamlet.
Alam’s brother Dr Jilani and his wife Sana, doctors Praveen, Sanjeev, Abhijit, Sainath, Bhagyalaxmi, Soibuddin, Adarsh Reddy and Naveen rendered services at the camp. Tribals accorded a grand welcome to the superintendent of police for arriving at their village for the first time.
Utnoor DSP CH Nagender, Additional DMHO Dr K Manohar, Narnoor Inspector Raheem, Sub-Inspector Mahesh and staffers of the police department were present.
