According to the police, the man, aged around 55 years and clad in a green shirt and brown trousers, was found hanging to the iron grill in the washroom on the second floor of the QQDC building by a nurse.
The victim was identified as T Avinash, a private employee from Uppuguda. He was proceeding towards Shivaji Bridge on his scooter, when the mishap occurred.
The arrested persons were Kiran Kumar (35), a medical agency owner from Bhongir and Mohd Khaled (23), a security guard from Chandrayangutta working at the Osmania General Hospital.
According to the police, Aahan and his parents who returned from Nizamabad had alighted from the bus belonging to Nizamabad depot at Platform No.74 at the station.
