The entire family consisting of four sons, four daughters in law and grandchildren gathered in the village to observe the first death anniversary of Komati Chevva Narasimha.
The incident took place in Shastri Nagar area on Monday evening when the victim, Pratiksha Nagargoje, a Class 12 student, was putting up clothes for drying in the balcony.
A truck moving on the Waghbil flyover hit the bridge divider and overturned. Some heavy scrap cardboard bales loaded on it fell on a car passing below the flyover and crushed its roof.
