Huzurabad MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy has challenged the Telangana IPS Officers Association to substantiate its claim that he accused Karimnagar Police Commissioner Gaush Alam of promoting religious conversions. Denying the allegation, Reddy declared he would resign from politics if proven guilty.

Karimnagar Commissionerate police arrested six men involved in a series of thefts across rural areas, recovering property worth Rs 20 lakh.
