The arrested individuals are Chennaboina Pavan (22), Chennaboina Sridhar (20), Banoth Suresh (19), and Guntuka Ajay Kumar (20). The convicted persons are Jilla Mahesh, B.Naveen, K.Teja Rao and I.Krishna, all friends from Moosapet in Kukapally and in their early twenties.
