A man in Gujarat's Morbi killed his wife and attacked his son in a fit of anger after she asked him to share some of the money he made by selling ancestral property.
The woman R. Kavitha (21), was murdered by her husband R.Vijay Kumar Naik (25), an auto-rickshaw driver by smothering at their house in Vaidehi Nagar in Vanasthalipuram on June 18.

Later in the night, the accused, Darshan allegedly strangulated his wife, Soundarya to death with a towel, police said, adding that he walked into OU police station, where he surrendered
The couple, Ramana and Ratnakumari, had frequent fights over different issues, police said, adding that in the last couple of months, the fights had increased.
