Residents of Neredmet and nearby colonies have intensified demands for the development of Neredmet Railway Station, citing inconvenience caused by train diversions on the Hyderabad–Secunderabad railway divisions.

The timings of these MMTS trains have been revised keeping in view the commuter timings and also for connecting the newly introduced Vande Bharat Trains, a press release said

Certain MMTS services which were cancelled earlier are now restored to run normally between October 23 and November 31

The suburban sections of the Hyderabad and Secunderabad divisions of the South Central Railway (SCR) zone network reached their saturation point and need expansion with available sources.

South Central Railway officials requested rail users to plan their travel accordingly
