Andhra Pradesh's Crime Investigation Department (CID) has named former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu's son and former minister Nara Lokesh as an accused in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case.

He met her here on Tuesdy along with TDP MPs Kesineni Nandi, Galla Jayadev, K. Rammohan Naidu, and Kanakamedala Ravindrakumar, and took to her notice the arrest of former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.

He slammed the AP government for deploying a large number of police personnel on the state border to stop a rally of IT professionals from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry in support of TDP supremo and former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.

He alleged on Thursday that refusing bail and lodging him Rajamahendravaram Central Prison was part of the ugly plot.

Chandrababu Naidu, a former Andhra Pradesh chief minister, is currently lodged in the Rajamahendravaram central prison after a court in Vijayawada remanded him in judicial custody for 14 days on September 9.
