The National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (NITHM) held its Curriculum Advisory Committee meeting in Hyderabad, where academicians, industry leaders and experts discussed strengthening academics, bridging skill gaps, promoting spiritual tourism and aligning growth with Telangana’s tourism policy.

The Telangana High Court, led by Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice J. Sreenivas Rao, has addressed a public interest litigation regarding encroachments on the buffer zone of Rammamma Kunta Lake, a vital water body within the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) limits.

The court recently issued an order mandating the institute to remove the structures that fell in the FTL and the buffer zone of the lake.

Visitors will be able to explore around 90 stalls, showcasing an extensive range of traditional and modern crafts this year.
